The nice thing about Igi nor Amos is that they are not bound by time. They can appear at any time in history, and they can appear in their cartoons as young or old. In this story they are “Little” Igi nor Amos.
This cartoon was inspired by memories of Piet Frans’ childhood friend, Conrad. There was an allotment where they spent many carefree hours playing in the early 1960’s. They created a little town, called “Dalgety”, complete with roads and buildings represented by bricks.
Conrad and Piet Frans’ conversation was, however, definitely not at the same level of sophistication as that of little Igi nor Amos! …..
